What a Hoot!

A coworker has been getting strange calls for folks trying to buy tickets to Broadway shows. Curiousity finally got the best of us today, and we decided to call his number, but with a 212 area code (instead of Austin's 512).

First thing I hear is a song from "Phantom of the Opera", and then a recorded message from Telecharge.com, a ticket service. Mystery solved, but one-

Why in the world do people still leave messages on a voice mail that states: Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Drinking Water Quality Team?

Let them know you're going to charge them $200.

THeir stupidity at that point.
