Ooh, can't view that from here 'cause it's blocked but will check at home. If it's Orson Welles it's got to be good.

It's an outtake of a couple radio commercials he was doing. The first one is about frozen peas. I believe he was doing this to raise funds for a movie he was working on.

Durring the recording, Wells get really upset about the writing and directing and eventually walks out. While it sometimes used to highligh Well's ego and temper, his critisisms of the work are correct.

It's also the piece that Maurice Lamarche, the voice of Brian from the Pinky and the Brain cartoons and shorts, used as his warm up exercise.
